Halloween-themed 5K steps off at 10:30 am on October 17

The South Shore Running Scared 5k Road Race and Walk will start at 10:30 a.m. on October 17, 2015, from Saint Jerome School parking lot, 598 Bridge Street, North Weymouth, MA. This fun, family event includes a costume contest, free children’s activities, and live music. There will be great raffles, refreshments, and a post-race party. This charity road race will benefit Weymouth town scholarships and financial aid funds for local students of all ages. Free t-shirts will be given to the first 300 runners and walkers who register, and a free Patriots raffle ticket will be given to all registered runners.
