Holbrook Couple Charged With Dealing Fentanyl In Weymouth
Weymouth police said Michael Higuera, 33, and Kaitlyn Guardione, 31, were found with more than 25 grams of fentanyl on Wednesday.
WEYMOUTH, MA — Weymouth police charged a Holbrook man and woman with trafficking fentanyl on Wednesday. Police said Michael Higuera, 33, and Kaitlyn Guardione, 31, were charged with trafficking more than 18 grams of fentanyl and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
Both were arraigned at Quincy District Court on Thursday and held on $1,500 cash bail.
Police said the narcotics unit saw the suspects in a Black Taurus conducting a drug deal at a Weymouth home. Police stopped the car on Washington Street and found Guardione, who was driving, had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. Police said they found seven large bags and six small bags with what is believed to be fentanyl inside.

Police said another bag was found on Higuera, the passenger, and the total weight of the drugs found was more than 25 grams.
