Hot Mama Opening This Week at Derby Street Shoppes

Hot Mama will open their first Massachusetts’ store this week at the Derby Street Shoppes in Hingham.

The new clothing shop is designed for mothers who want to look their best and will open Thursday at 10 a.m.

Hot Mama's  Marketing Director Jennifer Mahlik said guests who stop by the new Hingham store from Thursday to Sunday will receive 10 percent off the entire store. The first 50 customers on these days will also receive a free Hot Mama gift card.

“Hot Mama is a lifestyle brand that empowers moms to look and feel beautiful through trend-driven apparel and accessories,” Derby Street Shoppes stated on their website.

A California mom started Hot Mama in 2004 after she struggled to find clothes to fit her post-baby body.  With locations in  13 other states, Hot Mama offers clothes that mothers can wear to a board meeting, a son’s baseball game, or a date night with the hubby, the company website said.

Hot Mama is also planning to open its second Massachusetts location this summer in Lynnfield.

Hot Mama will open at the Derby Shoppes in the location that used to be the London Harness Company.
