QUINCY, MA — About 37 kilos of cocaine was found inside an empty apartment on Hancock Street in Quincy, authorities said.  Thursday, state and Quincy police seized a large amount of cocaine worth $1.5 million and a shoe box containing $65,000, according to the Norfolk County District Attorney's office.      "The cocaine was in an apartment that was un-occupied and appeared to be abandoned at 2 Hancock Street," District Attorney Michael Morrissey said in a release.       Morrissey said the drugs were found during a joint investigation between the Quincy Police Department and the Massachusetts State Police drug unit.
