Live Music and Fireworks Set for Weymouth Fourth of July Celebration

The fun starts at 5 p.m. with fireworks to follow at 9:30 p.m.

Like many communities, Weymouth will be celebrating the Fourth of July with fireworks, live music, and fun for the family. The town will be holding their celebration on Friday, July 3 at George Lane-Wessagusset Beach.

The event starts at 5 p.m. will feature musical groups, moon walk structures for children and concession stands featuring a wide array of food choices before the fireworks at 9:30 p.m.

A variety of food and novelty concessions will also be available, as will a number of inflatables.

There will be a free shuttle service from the McCulloch Building/Whipple Senior Center, 182 Green Street, starting at 5 p.m. Returning trips will start after the fireworks end.
