Man Charged with Breaking into Grandmother's Weymouth Home

WEYMOUTH, MA - A Rockland man broke into his grandmother's Weymouth home, police said.
John J. Perry, 23, was arrested Thursday afternoon and charged with breaking and entering, according to the Patriot Ledger. He was ordered held on $2,500 bail by a judge in Quincy District Court. Perry also had five outstanding warrants.
Police responded to the home just after 4 p.m. when a neighbor reported seeing a man trying to open windows. After he got inside the home, police ordered Perry to come back outside, which he did.

Perry's grandmother told police that he was not supposed to be at the house.
