Medical Offices Proposed for Industrial Park in Weymouth
The developer hopes to get approval for the project at a Board of Zoning Appeals meeting on Jan. 6.

A complex of medical offices which would be one of the largest developments in Weymouth in a decade has been proposed for Libbey Industrial Park.
Planning Director James Clarke recently told the Boston Globe that FoxRock Properties is proposing to build three office buildings and three parking garages on four properties inside the industrial park. In addition, the company wants to demolish a warehouse-like building used for paper recycling.
