One of Cindy’s current activities is working as a buyer’s agent in a new luxury 55+ development of town homes. Discovering that guiding these clients to a successful transition to this new 55+ lifestyle is challenging and very rewarding for her, she is continuing to expand her services in this niche and is currently pursuing her SRES Certification (Senior Real Estate Specialist) at this time.
Cindy is a top producer at Molisse Realty Group and has been awarded as such by Broker/Owner Brian Molisse who is proud of the accomplishment Cindy has made in her career. In addition to pursuing her SRES designation, Dunn also recently obtained her Massachusetts real estate broker's license, an achievement which requires 3 years of experience as an active sales agent affiliated with a broker, 40 hours of pre-licensure broker education and the passing of an exam.
