Working as a real estate professional for the past five years, Dennis Smith has seen many changes in the industry, ranging from market fluctuations, his own organizational processes, and how to effectively price and market a home. One thing that has not changed though is his dedication to his clients.

Dennis enjoys working with both seller clients and buyer clients and building relationships that last with clients who become friends. Most recently, Dennis was instrumental in bringing a real estate transaction to the closing table, a deal that involved a great family and challenging negotiations that at times seemed impossible to surpass.

With a special interest in rehab and investment properties, Dennis also enjoys working with investors who are looking to purchase the right home to “flip”, and assisting along the way through the renovation process and offering guidance on what changes can help best for re-sale value.
