The new Southfield will have more amenities than the 226 existing units that are already occupied at the 1,400-acre development.
Richard High, President of John M. Corcoran and Company said the residents will enjoy a new roof deck, a wifi café with outdoor patio, a saltwater swimming pool, and pool side grill, fitness center and collaborative game rooms.
“It’s a place where you can walk out the front door for an easy public commute to the city and after work, step out the back door to a world of recreational activities,” High said.
