Next Court Date Set In Weymouth Child Porn Case
A 25-year-old man was charged with child porn possession after authorities searched his home in October.
WEYMOUTH, MA – A Weymouth man facing a child porn charge will next appear in court March 12, according to the Norfolk District Attorney's office. Zackary Cappelletti, 25, was arrested after authorities searched his Main Street residence Oct. 26.
Police seized 2,000 photos and videos, according to court documents. Cappelletti was charged with possession of child pornography.
