Noise From Construction Work Shakes Weymouth Neighborhood
Town officials say the noise is hitting over 80 decibels over ambient noise, 70 over the state's standard.

WEYMOUTH, MA –At 7 a.m., the noise starts and remains for 11 hours. It's the sound of construction at the site of a housing development and residents say they have had enough.
Lexi Watkins, who lives near the site, told FOX 25 that JF Price Construction has been crushing rocks for two years and it's made it hard to sleep or keep the windows open.

Following complaints from town officials, JF Price Construction has agreed to move their start time to 10 a.m. and build a berm to muffle the noise. They will also work with neighbors to deal with any damage caused by the work.
