Official Ground Breaking Held at the South Shore's Newest Subdivision-Walden Woods at Stenbeck Place

Walden Woods at Stenbeck Place is a new luxury development of town homes located in Scituate, MA and located less than 1/3 mile to Scituate Harbor. Built by Marrocco Partners, LLC, the development will be exclusively marketed by Molisse Realty Group.

The ground breaking ceremony was held on September 19th, 2013 and the project  officially “broke ground” when builder Paul Marrocco and family donned hard hats and grabbed their shovels to kick off the event.
