Update: Weymouth Women Killed by Plow Identified
The incident happened at Tara Gardens condominiums.

The Norfolk Country District Attorney’s office have released the name of a Weymouth woman who was killed after being struck by a plow on Monday morning at Tara Gardens on Tara Drive.
Cynthia Levine, 57, who lived in the apartment complex where the incident occurred, was killed at the scene.

Weymouth Police were called to the parking lot area of a condominium complex at roughly 9:44 a.m. after receiving a report of the incident. The plow and driver were on scene when police arrived.
The vehicle that hit Levine was a pickup truck equipped with a plow that belonged to private contractor according to the DA’s office.

There are no charges or citations in place at this time. The matter remains under investigation by the DA’s office and the Weymouth Police Department.
