PHOTOS: Weymouth HS Halloween Fashion Show

Thursday night, volunteers walked the WHS stage with children, teenage, and adult costumes which are available at Itzaparty! in Weymouth.

The Weymouth community got a showing of the hottest Hallowen costumes on Thursday night at the annual high school Halloween Fashion Show.

Seven seniors from the school’s Cosmetology class, who partnered with Itzaparty!, organized the event.

Proceeds raised from the Fashion Show's admission tickets along with the raffles at the event will benefit the Baystate Community Services STARR Youth Shelter and the Home of the Phoenix.

Seniors Serah Bello, Katelyn Damigella, Hailey Eaton, Devon Stone, Jen McCarthy, Courtney Meagher and Lorrani Silva organized the show for their required senior capstone project, which they must complete by the Spring.

The students were responsible for raising donations and getting donars to help with the event.

"I couldn't be more proud of how the students conducted themselves as young professionals," said  Senior Capstone Advisor for Cosmetology Dianne Smith. "This was an exceptional capstone for all the work they did."
