Police Log: Assault, Third OUI, and More

May 30

1:19 a.m. - After a disturbance was reported on Front Street, Kenneth Marchant, 56, of Weymouth, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace and assault and battery.

11:21 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Main Street and Woodcrest Court, Timothy Bollin, 30, of Weymouth was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

May 31

12:05 a.m. - After a motor vehicle accident on Pond Street, Craig Jamieson, 44, of Hudson, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor (third offense); operating a motor vehicle to endanger; leaving the scene of property damage; a marked lanes violation; and resisting arrest.

June 1

9:25 a.m. - Police made two arrests on Front Street. Jacob Bennett, 20, of Weymouth, was arrested on four warrants and charged with possession of a Class A drug (subsequent offense). Amber Douglas, 20, of Weymouth, was charged with possession of a Class A drug and possession of a Class B drug.

1:40 p.m. - Albert Narciso, 44, of Weymouth, was arrested on Randolph Street on a straight warrant.

3:52 p.m. - Rachel Lahage, 39, of Plymouth, was arrested at Wal-Mart on Middle Street and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise (second offense).

7:20 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Middle Street, Maria DeCarvalho, 38, of Weymouth, was arrested on a warrant and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle; operating a motor vehicle with revoked registration; and having an uninsured motor vehicle.
