Police Log: Class E Drug, Shoplifting, and More

July 18

4:11 a.m. - While investigating a reported break-in on Pine Circle, police arrested and charged a 15-year-old juvenile with receiving stolen property under $250 and two counts of possession of a class E drug.

5:51 a.m. - Taija Hanna, 28, of Hopkinton, was arrested on Chauncy Street on a warrant.

2:07 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop near UHaul on Bridge Street, Maryellen Shiner, 43, of Boston, was arrested and charged with oeprating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense) and possession of a class E drug.

July 19

1:09 p.m. - Stephen Bakish, 52, of Weymouth, was arrested at Stop & Shop on Middle Street and charged with shoplifting over $100 by asportation.

6:08 p.m. - Laura Montgomery, 42, of Braintree, was arrested at Wal-Mart on Middle Street and charged with shoplifting by asportation.

7:17 p.m. - After a motor vehicle accident near the intersection of Bridge and Green Streets, Mary Beers, 50, of Hull, was arrested on a warrant and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and following too closely.
