Police Log: Drug Possession, Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, and More

June 29

12:29 a.m. - After a fight was reported at Hajjjars Bar and Grill on Washington Street, Douglas Carroll, 50, of Weymouth, was arrested and charged with two counts of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

8:27 a.m. - Jeffrey Sardina, 53, of Norwell, was arrested near Dunkin’ Donuts on Bridge Street and charged with possession of a class A drug (subsequent offense), possession of a class B drug (subsequent offense), possession of a class C drug (subsequent offense), and possession of a Class E drug.

6:27 p.m. - Matthew Marchant, 37, of Abington, was arrested on a warrant on Middle Street.

6:55 p.m. - Leia Dalton, 28, of Weymouth, was arrested on a warrant on Pierce Road.

10:12 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Front Street, Brendan Butler, 19, of Weymouth, was arrested and charged with possession of a class D drug with intent to distribute, conspiracy to violate drug law,and distribution of a Class D drug.

June 30

9:32 a.m. - During a motor vehicle stop near Whitman’s Pond on Middle Street, two people were arrested. Jarek Walsh, 25, of Weymouth, was arrested on a warrant. Constantin Giurca, 33, of Weymouth, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for an OUI.

12:43 p.m. - Nicole Dandrea, 25, of Weymouth, was arrested near the Weymouth Police Department on Winter Street and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, leaving the scene of personal injury, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

2:40 p.m. - Jonathan Goodwin, 26, of Weymouth, was arrested on a warrant on Commercial Street and charged with possession of a class A drug.

7:15 p.m. - Robert Merrill Jr., 30, of Weymouth, was arrested near Marylou’s News on Washington Street and charged with possession of a class A drug and possession of a class B drug.
