Police Log: Heroin Possession, Larceny, and More

August 10

1:23 p.m. - Two arrests were made at Pearle Vision on Washington Street. Shirley Fisher, 59, of Weymouth, was charged with larceny over $250. Joseph McCormack, 51, of East Weymouth, was charged with larceny over $250, possession of a class B drug, and two counts of possession of a class C drug.

August 11

4:24 p.m. - Joseph Russell, 19, of Weymouth, was arrested on Rucille Avenue and charged with violating an abuse prevention order and four counts of threatening to commit a crime.

August 12

9:34 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Middle Street and Holmberg Road, David Coy, 36, of Weymouth was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and a motor vehicle lights violation.

10:48 p.m. - Police made two arrests at Cumberland Farms at Liberty Square. William Colleary, 39, of Wareham, was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and possession of heroin (subsequent offense). Paul Daly Jr., 44, of North Weymouth, was arrested and charged with possession of heroin.
