Police Log: OUI, Disturbing the Peace, and More

The following is from the Weymouth Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned do not imply conviction.

January 11

9:34 p.m. - Devyn Tobin, 22, of Bridgewater, was arrested at Dunkin’ Donuts on Main Street on a warrant.

January 12

3:48 p.m. - Kerry Hazelton, 46, of Braintree, was arrested at Wal-Mart on Middle Street and charged with larceny over $250.

January 13

3:28 p.m. - Briana Guzman, 18, of Methuen, was arrested at Bank of America on Washington Street and charged with uttering a false check and larceny over $250.

10:18 p.m. - Stephen Davis, 51, of Weymouth, was arrested at the intersection of Pleasant Street and MacDougall Court and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and resisting arrest.

January 14

5:05 p.m. - Albert Sylva, 37, of New Bedford, was arrested on Queen Anne Drive and charged with disturbing the peace.

9:31 p.m. - William Johns, 22, of Weymouth, was arrested during a traffic stop on Sharp Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, marked lanes violation, and failure to stop for police.
