9:02 a.m. - Moses Lynn, 28, of Quincy, was arrested with a warrant on Pond Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, attaching plates, having an uninsured motor vehicle, and having an unregistered motor vehicle.

8:43 p.m. - After a motor vehicle accident on Norton Street, David Dellabarba, 36, of Weymouth, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle to endanger, and a marked lanes violation.

February 18

11:46 a.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Route 3 South near exit 16B, three people were arrested. Joel Andrews, 24, of Plymouth, was charged with possession to distribute Class A and Class B drugs and conspiracy to violate drug laws. Michael Fontes, 37, of Plymouth, was charged with possession to distribute a Class A drug, conspiracy to violate drug law, obstruction of justice, and possession of a Class B drug. Jill Hachey, 34, of Plymouth, was charged with operating a motor vehicle after license revocation, obstruction of justice, and conspiracy to violate drug law.
