Police Log: Shoplifting, Drug Possession, and More

September 19

2:39 p.m. - During a motor vehicle at the intersection of Pond Street and Veda Road, John Butler, 30, of Brockton, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor (second offense), failure to stop for police, speeding, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of a class C drug, and possession of a class E drug.

5:28 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop near Alghizzy Residence on Middle Street, Paul McCormick, 54, of Dorchester, was arrested and charged with operating with a revoked license, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and operating without an inspection sticker.

6:40 p.m. - Francis O’Handley, 26, of Weymouth, was arrested on Sea Street on a warrant.

September 20

3:39 p.m. - Kevin Lannon, 19, of East Boston and Marcus Godfrey, 35, of Weymouth, were arrested at Wal-Mart on Middle Street and charged with shoplifting by asportation.

9:52 p.m. - Naeem Decouteau, 22, of Weymouth, was arrested on Foye Avenue on a warrant.
