Police Log: Shoplifting, Operating to Endanger, and More

Plus, a Weymouth man faces charges for allegedly resisting arrest during a traffic stop.

The following is from the Weymouth Police Log. Arrests and charges do not imply conviction.

January 1

11:24 a.m. - Bridgette Lebedew, 36, of Boston, was arrested during a traffic stop on Washington Street and charged with shoplifting by asportation (second offense).

1:44 p.m. - Tracy Foley, 44, of Hull, was arrested at Stop & Shop on Middle Street and charged with shoplifting over $100 by asportation.

January 2

2:31 p.m. - Dorothy McWade, 59, of Weymouth, was arrested after a car crash at the intersection of Vine and Broad Streets and charged with drugged driving and operating to endanger.

6:46 p.m. - Steven Le, 25, of Braintree, was arrested during a traffic stop on Washington Street and charged with operating with a revoked license and a motor vehicle lights violation.

6:48 p.m. - A 14-year-old at the South Weymouth Post Office on Pleasant Street was arrested and charged with underage possession of liquor.

7:01 p.m. - Cartwright Jones, 19 of Weymouth, was arrested at the police department on a warrant.

January 3

1:26 p.m. - Donald Rose, 25, of Weymouth, was arrested during a traffic stop on Charles Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle to endanger, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, excessive noise from a motor vehicle, failure to wear a seatbelt, speeding, marked lanes violation, and failure to stop for police.

7:15 p.m. - Stacy Maceachern, 42, of Weymouth, was arrested at Wal-Mart on Middle Street on a warrant.
