Police Log: Trespassing, Breaking and Entering, and More

The following is from the Weymouth Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned do not imply conviction.

August 6

1:18 a.m. - Johnie Tullos, 25, of Taunton, was arrested on Bridge Street and charged with operating with a suspended license, failure to stop for police, operating to endanger, and excessive noise from a motor vehicle.

7:32 p.m. - Bobbie Veins, 19, of Whitman, was arrested on Washington Street on a warrant.

7:53 p.m. - Patrick Faherty, 30, of Weymouth, was arrested on Webster Street on a warrant.

August 7

2:44 a.m. - A 39-year-old male from Weymouth on Blackstone Road was taken into protective custody.

6:25 p.m. - Police made two arrests in front of Donut King on Middle Street. Gerard O’Leary, 35, of Weymouth, was charged with possession of a class A drug with intent to distribute, conspiracy to violate drug law, and possession of a class A drug (subsequent offense). Nicholas O’Leary, 33, of Weymouth, was charged with conspiracy to violate drug law and possession of a class A drug (subsequent offense).

August 8

12:42 a.m. - Police made two arrests while responding to a noise complaint on Lakehurst Avenue. A 16-year-old was charged with trespassing and carrying a dangerous weapon. Kelsey Debello, 22, of Weymouth was charged with trespassing.

12:56 a.m. - Jason Presente, 40, of Weymouth, was arrested on Washington Street on a warrant.



August 9

3:10 a.m. - Dara Fenelon, 18, of Weymouth, was arrested on Columbian Street and charged with breaking and entering a vehicle for a felony.
