Quincy Store Sells $10 Million Lottery Ticket

QUINCY, MA - A New Hampshire man has won the second $10 million grand prize in the state lottery's $10,000,000 Big Money” instant game.

Robert Hendrickson bought his ticket at the Shop ‘N Save on Independence Avenue in Quincy, according to the Massachusetts State Lottery. The store will receive a $50,000 bonus for its sale.

Hendrickson opted to claim his prize in the form of a one-time payment of $6,500,000 (before tax withholdings). He told lottery officials that his immediate plans for his winnings are to pay off some bills and invest.

Three $10 million prizes and twelve $1 million prizes remaining in the game.
