Saudi National Arraigned, Charged with Raping Weymouth Children

Abdulrham A. Abduljalil, 31, was arraigned this week.

WEYMOUTH, MA — A Saudi Arabian man was arraigned this week on multiple charges related to accusations of child rape.

Abdulrhman A. Abduljalil, 31, was arraigned in Norfolk Superior Court in Dedham and charged with two counts of rape of a child with force, two counts of aggravated statutory rape, one count of assault with intent to rape and five counts of indecent assault and battery on someone under age 14, according to the Patriot Ledger.

Prosecutors say that Abduljalil stayed in his victims' home after their mother noticed that he would sleep in his car when he would come from Southern New Hampshire University to the South Shore to be near is siblings in Quincy. The mother began to suspect that Abduljalil was stealing prescription medication and cash but the father let him stay at the house on May 20, unaware of his wife's suspicion. That is when Abduljalil allegedly raped the two children.
