South Shore Hospital Gives Flu Shots

South Shore Hospital’s Home Care Division and Harbor Medical Associates are joining forces to help you get healthy and stay healthy! On Saturday, September 28, they will be at the Hanover Mall to provide the following services and screenings: 
·        Flu Shots (free) 
·        Cholesterol Screening (small fee required) 
·        Blood Pressure checks (free) 
·        Body Mass Index (BMI) checks (free) 
Information will be provided regarding:   
·        Mammography services 
·        The Cancer Center Boutique at Dana-Farber/Brigham and Women’s Cancer Center in clinical affiliation with South Shore Hospital 
·        Nutrition guidance 
·        Orthopedic services at the South Shore Hospital’s Center for Orthopedics, Spine and Sports Medicine 
·        Sleep Lab evaluations 
And a host of lectures are scheduled as well: 
·        11:30 a.m.:  Dana Dowd, NP:  Women’s' Health 
·        12:30 p.m.:  Kevin Noyes, DO:  Sports Injuries 
·        1:30p:  Kathy Konstandaros, RD:  Nutrition for the Family 
·        2:30 p.m.:  Sharon Chernov:  Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder (COPD)
