Stay Fit for Fall!
South Shore Health's Center for Physical Wellness is OPEN for in-person workouts and classes

Fall is a great time of year to harvest a new routine and re-energize your workout. Let South Shore Health’s Center for Physical Wellness set you on the right track!
Located at 780 Main Street in Weymouth, the Center for Physical Wellness offers a variety of in-person exercise programs, as well as personal training.
Below is just a sample of classes open for registration:

- Mindfulness in Movement: This relaxing, once-a-week program combines mindfulness, yoga, Tai Chi and balance. Tuesday, 4:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.; $40/month
- Fit for You: Designed for individuals looking to get and stay fit, this class combines station work, core strengthening, and flexibility. Monday and Wednesday, 3:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m.; $65/month
- Women’s Stretch and Strengthen: This resistance and cardio-based program for women targets improving bone density and overall endurance. Monday, 12:00 p.m.- 1:00 p.m.; Friday, 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.; $65/month
- Movement and Balance: This exercise program is designed for individuals with movement or neurological conditions who want to improve balance and strength. Monday and Wednesday, 2:00 p.m. -3:00 p.m.; $65/month
- Virtual Body Moving: Exercise from the convenience of your home with the expert guidance of an exercise therapist. Wednesday, 1:00 p.m.- 1:45 p.m.; $40/month

To ensure your safety, all staff is required to wear a mask to help prevent the spread of illness and all equipment is arranged and properly spaced to maintain social distancing. Participants will be screened by staff members and required to wear a mask during their class time.
