Suspect in Weymouth Home Invasion Charged in Cohasset Break-in

COHASSET, MA — Two men, including one that was free on bail for a Weymouth case, were arrested Saturday in Cohasset.
Patrick O'Toole, 21, of Scituate and Michael Ricci, 23, of Hanover, were charged with breaking and entering, according to the Cohasset Police Department. They are scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Quincy District Court.

WATD reports that the two were stopped by police earlier in the day for hitchhiking and walking on Route 3A. The men were given a warning and not arrested.

Later that day, a resident told police that two men with backpacks had entered his home through his kitchen door. The men said they were looking for their lost dog and ran away.
O'Toole and Ricci were found near the intersection of Jerusalem Road and Bow Street, police said.

On Oct. 19, Ricci was arrested in connection to a violent home invasion. He was ordered held on $2,500 bail.
