While police searched the car, Sanchez allegedly pointed to a piece of fabric that hid a large plastic bag containing smaller bags of white and brown substances.

The person who allegedly entered the vehicle initially told police that he gave the men $150 for a debt and did not buy drugs. Guity told police that they told the man drugs, who later produced four bags of heroin from the alleged sale. The buyer received a summons for possession of a class A drug and conspiracy to violate drug law.

Both men are due back in court on Nov. 24.
