Two Workers Trapped, Injured at Former Wollaston Theater in Quincy

Quincy, MA — Two workers were injured Tuesday afternoon while working at the site of the former Wollaston Theater in Quincy.

Police say that two workers became trapped when a wall collapsed on them. They have since been freed and transported to Boston Medical Center with serious injuries.

WHDH reports that the Occupational Safety & Health Administration has shut down the work site and is investigating the incident.

The theater is slated for demolition.
