WATCH: Weymouth Police Department Does the Mannequin Challenge

WEYMOUTH, MA — It might have looked like a normal day at the Weymouth Police Department, but based on one three-minute video, things appeared to be a bit frozen.

Officers and visitors to the station recently took on the Mannequin Challenge, which consists of everyone in a short film standing still, to give the impression that everyone is a mannequin.

With some of the most classic police tv show themes in the background, the Officer Jen Pompeo-produced film goes though the communications center, stops as dispatch, then to the front of the building with a tour group, past the station's janitor, through the cell block, out back with the K9 unit, into the officers, and ends at a police detail.
