College senior Samantha Bennett  was one of three Wheaton College track stars to  advance to the finals of their respective events on Friday night at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track &amp; Field Championships, hosted by North Central College, at the Al B. Carius Track facility. Wheaton senior Samantha Bennett of Weymouth qualified for the 800-meter finals with an eighth place showing in the prelims.  Bennett posted a time of 2:14.41 to claim the eighth and final spot ahead of Elizabeth Arens (Bates College) who crossed the finish line in 2:15.07 in the first heat.
