Weymouth Bank Gives Promotions to Four Local Employees
Four employees with local ties were given promotions at Weymouth Bank.
The Weymouth Bank, which has two locations in town and one in Kingston, had promoted four employees since May.
Weymouth Bank’s main office manager Susan Rose has been promoted to vice president/assistant branch administrator.
In her new role, Rose will assist the bank’s ranch administrator in overseeing all branch operations and account organization activities. She will continue to serve as manager of the East Weymouth main office.

“Susan has been a valuable member of the Weymouth Bank team for over 29 years and has served the bank well in various capacities in both the lending and retail banking departments,” Vice President of Retail Banking James Golden said in a statement..
Rose is a member of the Weymouth Lions Club and is active in both the Weymouth and Kingston communities.

Weymouth resident Shena Kelly was also promoted to Assistant Vice President – Commercial Loan Officer. Kelly grew up in town and is a graduated of Weymouth High School.
In adition the banke elected Sheila Rubino as Vice President/Compliance and Community Reinvestment Act Officer and promoted Joan McCann-Hartigan to Treasurer.
Rubino has 20 years of experience in the banking industry and is active in Weymouth Bank’s charitable and civic endeavors, including the Weymouth High School Credit for Life program.
McCann-Hartigan is from nearby Rockland and currently lives in Weymouth.
