Weymouth Comic Book Artist Goes Missing in Cayman Islands

A well known comic book artist from Weymouth has gone missing and is presumed dead in the Cayman Islands.

Norman Lee, 47, was last seen on Thursday with his wife while snorkeling in the Cayman Islands according to WHDH. Authorities were hoping to find him but have called off the search after finding no trace of him.

While snorkeling about 250 yards from the coast of the Grand Cayman, the two became separated. Chief Inspector Brad Ebanks of the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service told the Boston Globe that the search group was unable to find traces of Lee after an extensive search on Friday before ending the search at 6 p.m. that day.

A well known inker, Lee spent over 20 years in the comic book industry; working for both DC and Marvel Comics.
