Weymouth Cooling Centers Now Open

From the Town of Weymouth:

Due to the high heat and humidity that we have been experiencing, the Town of Weymouth would like to extend an invitation to anyone who needs to seek out a cooler location. Please feel free to come by the Town Hall, Tufts Library, or Fogg Library to escape the dangerous heat and humidity.

• Town Hall, located at 75 Middle Street, will be open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 11 p.m. Please use the Town Council chambers on the second floor.
• Tufts Library, located at 46 Broad Street, is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Fogg Library, located in Columbian Square, is open Monday 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., Tuesday 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., Wednesday 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Thursday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
