Sunday evening, the firefighter allegedly made a Facebook status questioning the use of Narcan on addicts.
“Narcan is the worst drug ever created, let the ****bags die. I for one get no extra money for giving Narcan and these losers are out of the hospital and using again in hours, you use — you should loose (sic),” the post read.

Narcan is a drug administered to heroin users during an overdose.
The post was taken down by Monday morning, but not before several people contacted the mayor’s office about the firefighter’s online remarks.
In a statement, Weymouth Fire Chief Keith Stark said, “The comments posted do not reflect the philosophy or values we hold as a fire department or town.”
