Weymouth Firefighters Navigate Flood To Save Trapped Residents
The rescue was just one of the events around town caused by the snowstorm and flooding.

WEYMOUTH, MA — A group of people inside a home near Wessagusset Beach needed to be saved by the Weymouth Fire Department during Thursday's storm.
Firefighters responded to a report of people trapped inside the flooded home, officials told WBZ. Photos from the scene show firefighters in wetsuits walking through, at times, waste-deep water.
Everyone in the home were saved and are staying with family.

The rescue was just one of one of many events in Weymouth caused by the storm. The town has spent most of the day under a blizzard warning and battling snow, wind, and flooded streets.

One resident at the beach in North Weymouth posted videos of water coming up to her home, trapping her inside.
