
Businesses from all over Quincy Ave, Commercial Street and Washington Street will come together this Saturday to celebrate Weymouth Landing Day.
The event will be held along with the Farmers Market in the Weymouth Town Hall parking lot.
Casey Savage, an assistant for Major Sue Kay said this year the Farmers Market will hold a variety of special events and four different village days for each section of Weymouth.

Jackson Square was celebrated July 13, Weymouth Landing will be celebrated Saturday, July 27, Bicknell Square on August 10 followed by Columbian Square on August 24.
Savage explained that businesses from each of Weymouth’s villages along with live music will be present at these celebrations.

The Farmers Market is also holding a sunflower growing contest until September 21.
Anyone is welcome to support the businesses of Weymouth Landing by coming to the Farmers Market from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
