Weymouth Man Could Face Murder Charges from 2011
The Norfolk County DA's's office is still attempting to charge a Weymouth may with killing his sister, mother and mother's boyfriend.

WEYMOUTH, MA — The Norfolk County District Attorney's office is still attempting to charge a Weymouth man with killing his sister, mother and mother’s boyfriend, the office said.
Spokesman David Traub said that Donald Rudolph has been charged with murdering his sister Caylin Rudolph, 24, his mother Paula Rudolph, 50, and her boyfriend Frederick Medina, according to the Weymouth News. The murder took place in 2011 and Rudolph has been in Bridgewater State Hospital since April 2013.
A status hearing was scheduled for Friday but was continued to Sept. 16 after counsel for the defendant didn't appear.

In June 2013, a judge ruled that Rudolph was not competent to stand trial. A doctor at Brigham and Women’s disagreed with that assessment.
