Weymouth Man Had Wine Bottle Between Legs, Drove Drunk: Cops

NEW CANNAN, CT — A Weymouth man had a bottle of wine between his legs when he was arrested, police said.

Kenneth Rosen, 61, was arrested in Connecticut last week and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and drinking while driving, according to New Cannan Police.

On Feb. 21 at about 4:45 p.m., police responded to a a report of a suspicious vehicle that pilled into a driveway on Oenoke Ridge Road in New Cannan, Connecticut and left after the homeowner confronted the driver.

Officers located the vehicle stopped on the side of the road and allegedly found a cup of wine in Rosen's hand and a bottle between his legs, according to the New Cannan Police Department's arrest log.

Rosen was taken into custody following a failed sobriety test. He was held on $250 bond.
