Weymouth Police Issues Parking Ban, Thursday Trash Pickup Starts Early

Due to the impending winter storm, there will no on street parking from 5 a.m. Thursday through to 5 a.m. Friday.

WEYMOUTH, MA — With snow on the way, the Weymouth Police Department is asking residents to get their cars off the roads.

Due to the impending winter storm, there will no on street parking from 5 a.m. Thursday through to 5 a.m. Friday. Vehicles in violation will be subject to tow, according to the Weymouth Police Department.

In addition, track pickup will start early Thursday. Residents are asked have their trash bins on the curb by 6 a.m. if Thursday is your collection day. If pickup crews are unable to complete all their routes, the remaining trash will be picked up Friday.
