Weymouth Police Log: 2nd OUI, Shoplifting, and More

April 12

10:00 a.m. - Laurie Shepherd, 38, of Weymouth, was arrested on Middle Street on a warrant.

12:41 p.m. - After a car crash at the intersection of Central Street and Bates Avenue, Colm McCann, 39, of Weymouth, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor (second offense), operating a motor vehicle to endanger, leaving the scene of property damage, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and failure to stop/yield.

10:17 p.m. - Jose Andrade, 30, of Scituate, was arrested on a warrant during a traffic stop on Pleasant Street.

April 13

9:07 p.m. - Jeremy Lentz, 33, of Weymouth, was arrested on Third Street on a warrant.

April 14

2:34 a.m. - During a traffic stop at the intersection of Washington and Federal Streets, Arturo Mirra, 18, of Braintree, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, and operating without an inspection sticker.

1:39 p.m. - Derek Winslow, 19, of Weymouth, was arrested on Madison Street on three warrants.

1:44 p.m. - Elizabeth Shanahan, 35, of Weymouth, was arrested at Wal-Mart on Middle Street and charged with shoplifting by asportation.
