Weymouth Police Log: Assault on a Police Officer, Warrant Arrests, and More

8:47 a.m. - Angel Leon, 39, homeless, was arrested at New Hope Road to Recovery on Redfield Road on a warrant.

7:45 p.m. - Stephen Grant, 28, of Hanover, was arrested on Wharf Street on two warrants.

June 6

1:49 p.m. - After an unwanted person was reported at Spectrum Rehab on Main Street, Ahron Bedrosian, 39, of Rockland, was arrested and charged with two counts of assault and battery on a police officer, assault and battery, and resisting arrest. Bedrosian also had two active warrants.

June 7

10:02 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Pleasant Street, Derek Edmonds, 31, of Weymouth, was arrested and charged with operating with a suspended license (subsequent offense) and speeding.

7:44 p.m. - During a traffic stop at the intersection of North Street and Moreland Road, Joseph Hiltz, 19, of Weymouth, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class C drug, operating a motor vehicle with revoked registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
