Weymouth Police Log: Drug Possession, Obstruction of Justice, and More

October 19

10:28 a.m. - A 62-year-old woman from Quincy was arrested for violating a harassment prevention order.

11:09 a.m. - Elijah Rodriguez, 24, was arrested on Fern Court and charged with malicious damage to a motor vehicle.

10:25 p.m. - During a traffic stop at the intersection of Pond Street and Lakewood Road, Jose Alicea, 38, of Brockton, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a motor vehicle lights violation.

10:34 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Commercial Street, Ryan MacLaughlin, 28, of Weymouth, was arrested on a warrant.

1:25 p.m. - During a traffic stop at the intersection of Oak Street and Ralph Talbot Street, Angel Hernandez, 38, of Hyde Park, was arrested and charged with distributing a Class A drug, conspiracy to violate drug law, and obstruction of justice.

1:45 p.m. - During a traffic stop at the intersection of Middle and Charles Streets, Amara Smith, 18, of Weymouth, was arrested and charged with operating with a license revoked for an OUI, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, attaching plates, and possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute.
