Weymouth Police Log: Home Invasion, Assault and Battery on an Officer, and More

October 17

9:06 p.m. - Marco Scanlan, 22, of Whitman, was arrested on North Street and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapons, assault and battery on a police officer, and malicious destruction of property over $250. He also had an active warrant.

October 18

9:48 p.m. - Corey Legere, 31, of Weymouth, was arrested on Birchbrow Avenue on a warrant.
11:25 p.m. - During a traffic stop near KFC on Washington Street, Markus Souza, 22, of Weymouth, was arrested on a warrant.

October 19

5:56 a.m. - Ivan Schmidt, 55, of Weymouth, was arrested on Commercial Street on a warrant.

6:30 a.m. - Kevin Duling, 42, of Weymouth, was arrested at Weymouth Place Apartments on Middle Street on a warrant.

6:51 a.m. - Stacy Maceachern, 42, of Weymouth, was arrested on Chapman Street on a warrant.

7:33 a.m. - Following a reported home invasion at the Weymouth Place Apartments on Middle Street, Michael Ricci, 23, of Hanover, was arrested and charged with home invasion, armed and masked robbery, two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, three counts of assault and battery, and conspiracy. Randy Lohnes, 24, of Weymouth, was also arrested and charged with home invasion, armed robbery, two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of assault and battery, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of personal injury, and conspiracy.
