Weymouth Police Log: Third Shoplifting Offense, Assault and Battery on Police, and More

December 29
11:34 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Lester Lane, Joseph Viola III, 32, of Braintree, was arrested on a warrant.
5:24 p.m. - Following a car crash at the intersection of Pond and Randolph Streets, Cleide Soares, 35, of Weymouth, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Soares also had an active warrant.

8:26 p.m. - Kerri Schmock, 39, of Quincy, was arrested at Walmart on Middle Street and charged with shoplifting by asportation (third offense).

December 30
2:31 p.m. - Following a fight and car crash near Cumberland Farms on Main Street, Alexander Robbins, 27, of Randolph, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and assault and battery on a police officer.
