"The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another."
One of our own Weymouth High School students used her Capstone project to spread awareness on the positive effects of fidget tools and how they build self-awareness and healthy coping strategies.
We have partnered together across the district and will be selling these bracelets for $1 each to encourage mental health awareness. All proceeds will be donated to the South Shore Chapter for the National Alliance on Mental Illness.

The bracelets we will be selling promote healthy coping with diagnoses like anxiety, autism, and ADHD (to name a few). They also help to increase concentration for better classroom learning.
