WEYMOUTH, MA - A Weymouth woman is looking forward to a very happy holiday season after claiming the grand prize of $1 million from the Massachusetts State Lottery on a $30 scratch ticket. Kathleen Hickey bought the $30 grand prize-winning ticket at Maria's Convenient Store on Columbian Street in Weymouth.

Hickey told the Mass. State Lottery that she plans to use the money to buy a home. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the ticket.

There are 61 additional $1 million instant prizes still to be claimed in the "Diamond Millions" $30 instant game.
