For $25, customers can order the Southern style platter, which includes a half rack of St. Louis baby back ribs, a special barbecue sauce, house-smoke barbecue beef brisket, wood-grilled sweet Italian sausage, housemade smoky New England baked beans, local corn on the cob, salted fries and coleslaw.
